Nadine Lemmons is currently the Leadership Giving Manager at Valley of the Sun United Way in Phoenix, AZ. In this position she works as a part of the Corporate Relations and Brand Development team to build and retain corporate and individual donor relationships to meet revenue goals. She is the VSUW lead for Leadership Giving and Women United affinity groups. Through business development and strategies to promote positive community outcomes and engagement, she is accountable for stewardship, recognition, and data analytics for donor retention, engagement, and growth.
Nadine is a former college educator who dedicated 19 years to higher education, teaching and leading in the Business and Technology discipline in the state of Washington. Nadine educated students in various areas of business management, administrative services, applications technology, change management, project management, teamwork, and how important it is to never stop learning about technology. Embrace the change and grow with it! Never place yourself in a position to be out-worked, out-skilled, and in a state of complacency. While employed as an educator, Nadine often provided contract training for local businesses, as well as consulting services to small business owners.
Nadine Lemmons holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business & Information Systems from George Fox University, and an MBA from Marylhurst University. She is currently working on completion of an Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership & Sports Management from Concordia University in Chicago. In the true spirit of learning & development, Nadine recently earned a certification as a Prosci Change Management Practitioner from Prosci Change Management.
Nadine is an avid sports fan! She worked for the Phoenix Suns, Phoenix Mercury, and Footprint Center for nearly two years, and is a volunteer Fiesta Bowl Ambassador. Both of these experiences have provided an avenue to network with great people and give back to the community.
